Hobo Foil Pack

Ingredients:

1 lb Cushman Stew Meat Heritage Home Family Farm’s Steak Seasoning

1 onion diced 1 lb parboiled potatoes

1 small cauliflower 1/2 cabbage shredded

1 green pepper diced 1 stick of butter

1 lb green beans 1 tablespoon Silage Dust (or Farm Dust)

1 zucchini sliced Heavy duty aluminum foil

Directions:

Head to your garden or check your fridge for any vegetables you may have available. This is just a suggestion! Begin by slicing, dicing, and parboiling your veggies. Season the meat with steak seasoning, and in my experience, Heritage Home Family Farm’s blend is the best. Tear off a generous piece of foil and place a pat of butter in the center. Have each individual add their preferred vegetables, then sprinkle some Silage Dust along with another pat of butter. If you have some on hand, consider adding cheese, as I particularly enjoy parmesan. Wrap everything tightly and place it into a campfire or a preheated oven. Cook until you reach your desired doneness, which should take about 20 minutes. Exercise caution when unwrapping, as it will be hot and steamy. Share and enjoy this meal with friends and family!
