We practice rotational grazing with our cattle and sheep and curate a diet of homegrown hay, fermented forage, and locally sourced non-GMO barley, ensuring their well-being and the superior quality of our meats. Our commitment to excellence is evident in every bite, as we prioritize tenderness and rich flavor in our products.
